Friday, 8/1: Ride to the International Wolf Center or the International Bear Center and later, dinner at Tank's Restaurant in Babbitt.
Saturday, 8/2: Ride the beautiful north country down to Duluth on Old Highway 61 (right along Lake Superior) to Gooseberry Falls State Park (on Lake Superior) with eats provided by the Smith's. The park hosts miles and miles of hiking trails and five waterfalls. After spending several hours at the Park, the group will head back to Babbitt for supper at Jon and Luann's house.
Sunday, 8/3: Pat & Lewy Smith will host their world-famous "good-by" breakfast.
Make your motel reservations now by calling either the Red Carpet Motel (218-827-3152) or the Alder Inn (218-827-2220). Based upon past experience, it is a VERY GOOD IDEA to confirm your reservation at the motel about two weeks before you arrive.
